(the longest named village in England) which is set at the foot of the
North York Moors National Park.
The Dales, East Coast, and York are all within easy travelling distance
and the market town of Thirsk (once home of the famous TV vet James
Herriot) is only three miles away.
Six holiday cottages have been added which provide comfortable
self-catering accommodation in a location which is an ideal base for
exploring North Yorkshire.
Coupled with the

excellent food and
accommodation of a very high standard.
